Limited Company registration

We are one of the only companies able to negotiate lending terms for foreign nationals. The lending market in Bulgaria is very young and undeveloped. You will find that the correct legal advice is a must in Bulgaria. We can introduce you to reputable Lawyers in all fields of legal advice, before, during and after your move/purchase.
Contacts with Property renovation and construction contractors.
If you so require we will help you source and contract relevant tradesmen for construction or improvement of your property. This includes builders, electricians, plumbers landscapers and architects.
Bulgarian orientation and language classes.
Whilst foreign languages are spoken widely across the country, you may find it useful to learn the basics if shopping or traveling in the more rural parts of Bulgaria. We can help you find teachers or translators to help you adjust.
