Champagne
is a sparkling white or rosé wine,
made specifically in the Champagne region, which capital
is Reims (Rheims). Dom Perignon, Taittinger, Veuve Cliquot,
Mumm, Mercier and Perrier are world-famous.
They
are the symbol of celebrations, parties, glamour… How Champagne
is made? When bottles replaced barrels, the wines' natural
sparkles remained imprisoned until they were opened. This

is a "Appellation d'Origine Controlee" or A.O.C.,
which means that the specificities of the Terroir are recognized
and respected. Champagne can be "brut" or "demi-sec", vintage

Reims
(Rheims) is historically the city of French Kings. Since
the baptism of Clovis in 496, almost every French Kings
had been crowned in the city's cathedral, which is called
Notre Dame de Reims. This central place in the French monarchy
explains the magnificent architectural patrimony of the
area.

prestige of the wine is associated with a typical and succulent
gastronomy with aspargus,
pigeons, Brie of Meaux and many others. The landscapes around
