Access by road : From Bordeaux, go in the direction of Bayonne on the A63 motorway then the A66 towards .Bassin d'Arcachon., .Dune du Pyla. and Biscarrosse. Take the exit marked Biscarrosse as far as Mios then the D216 towards Sanguinet and Biscarrosse. In Biscarrosse, take the right turning off the second roundabout, towards "la Plage". The campsite is situated on the way into Biscarrosse Plage.

Description :
Located in the heart of Biscarrosse Plage, this huge 35 hectare campsite contains no less than 957 flat pitches for both tents and caravans, and 427 rented chalets set out in trellis formation. The site is surrounded by centuries old pine trees which have grown in a mixture of humus and sand.

Campsite's plus points :
Its location : ideally situated for going shopping and for going to the beach, to the discotheque or the cinema, all without having to use the car. Discount supermarket opposite the campsite, with the same prices all year round.
Nearby : From the campsite, you ride along the cycle paths that will takeyou to discover the beauty of the forest and the Ocean, and the lakes of the Landes region. Just next to the campsite is "Aventure Park", where you can enjoy a spot of tree-walking, crazy golf (200 metres away), golf course 4 miles away, quad racing 5 miles away, go-karting 8 miles away, canoe trips down the Leyre as far as the Arcachon Basin. Freshwater and sea fishing, by boat or from the water's edge.

Surroundings :
Marqueze open air museum, retracing rural life in Haute Lande at the beginning of the last century, boat trips around the Arcachon Basin and the Arguin Bank, overlooked by the Pyla Dune, visit to the Tech Bird Park.
Not to be missed : In addition to the entertainment available on site, the Tourist Office offers an extensive summer programme of traditional and cultural events. The campsite information desk will give you the addresses of the restaurants we have tested and which will give you a taste of the local produce, both taken from the Ocean andfrom inland.

From 01/05 to 30/09 : children's play area and open-air boules areas, from 15/06 to 15/09 : heated swimming pool and paddling pool, from01/07 to 31/08 : bar, bakery, snack bar and tourist information.
Washing machine, tumble-dryer, ironing boards in the toilet blocks, baby baths, hire of sheets, safes, cots and in July/August, of bicycles.
Reception times : from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in high season.

From 01/07 to 31/08, six days a week : various workshops such as painting and model-making.
