Description :
Ideal for a family holiday by the water's edge, the campéole Navarrosse is located on Lake Sanguinet-Cazaux (5,000 hectares). If you take the Navarrosse lock, it is also possible to reach Lake Biscarrosse-Parentis. Navarrosse is 2 miles from Biscarrosse ville and 4 miles from Biscarrosse plage. All these sites can also be reached along the cycle paths. The campéole Navarrosse is an exceptional site!!! Like a peninsula, with on one side a long beach of white sand, clear turquoise water and a port for mooring your boat or jet ski, and on the other a canal where one can also moor a boat, and a footpath which goes to the beach - all of this to be found within the campsite.


Campsite's plus points :
The beach in the campsite, swimming and tanning just a stone's throw from your chalet or pitch. Safe swimming. On site, possible to go boating, jet skiing, windsurfing and kite surfing, fishing. Cycle paths, ideal also for roller skating, to go into town or out to the ocean.
Nearby : Sailing school and boat trips organised on the lake, boat hire, hydroplane and folk museums, Adventure Park, 18-hole golf course, go-karting, 2 horse riding centres, ocean beaches 5 miles, many footpaths through the forest.

Surroundings :
The Pyla Dune, the Arcachon Basin by boat, the forests of the Landes and the museum in Marquèze, Bordeaux and its famous vineyards, the French and Spanish Basque countryand the Pyrenees less than 1h30 away.
Not to be missed : The markets by day and by night, fireworks of 14/07 and 15/08, the festivals, the summer entertainment in the resort of Biscarrosse.

Equipment and facilities :
from 1/07 to 31/08 : bakery, bar/snack, terrace with views over the lake, 3 toilet blocks with baby changing facilities, 3 barbecue areas, beach volleyball pitches on the beach, port and jetty, hire of ring for mooring boat or jet ski, boules court, table tennis, entertainments marquee, children's play area with bouncy castle.
Tourist info at reception, hire of bicycles and scooters, cots, individual safes, internet access and public telephone (sale of cards), dryers and washing powder. Sale of holiday fishing permits and permits for boats and jet skis,external car park if you arrive after midnight, minimarket on way into the campsite.
