Description :
This spacious 12 hectare campsite is ideally situated for three reasons: its lakeside beach with water, with a temperature of around 25oC during the summer months and its pitches with their magnificent views. Its forest, through which runs theVion stream, marking the border between the campsite and the nature reserve (swans, ducks, herons, beavers, pheasants, etc.). In the shade of these centuries-old pine trees, come and enjoy a family holiday serenaded by the singing of the birds. The road which runs alongside the campsite leads to the famous medieval "village in bloom" of Yvoire.

Campsite's plus points :
In July - August, supervised bathing area, the only naturally sandy beach on Lake Geneva, small port for boats with small draught, bathing area with gentle slope, ideal for children.
On the beach, hire ofboats from pedalo to 30 foot sailboats, spa treatment, horse riding, rock-climbing, paragliding, rafting and white water, walking, water sports.

Surroundings :
Every Thursday : Market in Thonon les Bains accessible by boat, cruises on the lake from Yvoire, Evian and its casino, Festival des Désensablés, Plateau du gavot (3 small lakes).
Not to be missed : Mountain refuge onthe Dent d'Oche at 2150 m, botanical garden of La Jaysinia at Samoens (free), the Gorges du Pont du Diable, gastronomy : the fish from the lake (fillets of perch and Lake Geneva whitefish), cheeses (Reblochon, tome de Savoie etc.).
