Description :
A charming family-oriented campsite, flat and partially shaded, through which runs a small bubbling stream carrying water from the peaks of the Vosges. The local scenery is characterised by the gentle slopes of the Vosges, an ideal spot for walking, horse riding, cycling or paragliding. For the lovers of good food, the restaurants and wine cellars of Alsace will be a real delight (sauerkraut and baeckeoffe, accompanied by the unforgettableRiesling, Pinot noir or Gewurztraminer wines), and the Wine Trail is only 8 miles away. For those who are passionate about history, architecture and culture, there is also a host of possibilities, with the numerous castles to be found all over Alsace, its museums and its pretty villages with their half-timbered houses and floral displays. A holiday full of cultural and culinary delights.

Campsite's plus points :
Open for the Christmas Markets from 26/11 to 21/12/2005 in heated Bungalotel.
Baby change and disabled access, barbecues permitted.
Nearby : Swimming pool (indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, jacuzzi), free and unlimited admission (closed 1 week before Easter and 1 week in September), roller-skating rink, tennis (fee charged), walking and mountain biking circuits.

Surroundings :
The castle of Haut - Koenigsbourg, Strasbourg, Obernai, Sélestat, Colmar and all the little villages, the Wine and Mountain-Top Road, the mont St Odile, the Stork and Otter Parks.
Not to be missed : Alsatian Sauerkraut, Baeckeoffe, wines, Flammenkueche, every weekend in July: son et lumière show "Midsummer Night's Dream", 15th August: Floral Carnavalof Sélestat.

Convenience store, loan of table tennis bats, fresh bread delivered, hire of fridges, sheets, cots, high chairs, microwave, mini-oven, loanof iron and ironing board.
