In the 12th, the place is a commanderie of St Jean of Jerusalem’s order, later the knights of the Malta order. The 15th pigeon-tower is the most remarkable in Provence. The 16th commanderie is typical of the Renaissance style. The visit of the village is a walk in a maze of streets, alleys, stairs and terraces.
