St-Benoît-du-SaultBuilt on agranite spur, the village is one of the prettiest in Occitanie. Protected by a double line of fortified walls, the village has kept a medieval fortified gate, a 14th churchtower and a watch path. A benedictin priory offers a view on the whole valley.
