Lacapelle-Marival

Midi-Pyrénées

The village is in the heart of the country of Ségala, halfway between the Lot and Dordogne rivers.

The 13th c castle, built on a landscape of hills, has all the characteristics of a late Middle Ages fortified place : the keep, the machicolation, and many other displays are to see absolutely. The 15th century sandstone church rises dramatically over the village. The covered market is excusively dedicated to local products. The Bois Bordet offers a vast panorama over the village and its surroundings.
