Reims is a small town located in the department of Marne, she’s crossed by two banks, the Vesle and Canal de l’Aisne.

What to discover?

City of the northeast of France, approximately 130 kilometres from Paris, it’s the most bigger city of Champagne-Ardenne.

In the south, between reims and Epernay, there is the moutain of Reims lined by hillsides of vineyards. You will can make pleasant walks and discover Mont Sinaï, which is the peak of the mountain of Reims.

The main places of Reims are : the place Drouet-d’Erlon where you will see the famous Gloire: the golden statue. In the city you will find coffe bar, restaurants, shops and other. There are other places to discover like: Royal Place, the Place of the Square of the Cathedral (statue of Jeanne d’Arc), Place of the Republic and the Place of Droits-de-l’Homme.

The city is also classified city of art and history, there are numerous monument and historic sites wich wait you. Moreover there are the Cathedral Notre Dame of Reims is a major realization of the Gotic art wich is registered at the World Patrimony UNESCO with the Basilica Saint-Rémi, the Palace of Tau, the City of the Coronations and other.

Reims it’s the town of the Conoration of kings of France, of Clovis’s baptism without forgetting that it’s also the town of the champagne, indeed, Reims presents the biggest international marks of champagne.
